We are a mile high in the beautiful Blue Ridge 
Mountains.
Holiday Beech Villas offers affordable ski villas. When we opened in 1972,
Holiday Beech Villas was planned to be affordable condominiums in close
proximity to the Ski Beech resort. Original buyers bought their unit as
a second home. Today, some unit owners live at HBV year around, entertaining
in HBV's free-standing Clubhouse which contains the Association's office
and laundry room.
One and two bedroom units exist within the 88 units, comprising of ten buildings on three levels.
Membership is available in the near-by Beech Mountain Club which operates tennis courts and a beautiful mountain golf course (with tennis and golf pros offering lessons), a fitness center staffed full time, an outdoor pool, and also has planned social events and educational nature and theatre trips. Lake Coffey, with walking trail and fishing permitted, adjoins this Club.
Also available for Homeowners is the Buckeye Recreation Center, which has two outdoor and one indoor tennis courts; a gymnasium; fitness center with top of the line exercise equipment, with classes offered in pilates, zumba and other fun exercises; a playroom for the kids; and an all-function room for get togethers, parties and conferences.
Holiday Beech Villas isn't just for ski season anymore! Come
enjoy all our seasons here on Beech Mountain. During Summer the average temperature
is 72 degrees! No air conditioning needed here. Fall is beautiful with
all the leaves turning. Folks come from all over to see our beautiful leaf
season. Winter is full of snow (an average of 100 inches each winter),
skiing, sledding, snowmen and hot chocolate. Spring brings a brand new
season with trees coming out of their winter sleep, tulips everywhere and
the fresh clean mountain air.
