Work Estimate

This is an estimate to repair or replace the following items to include labor and materials. For items that not listed, I work at a rate of $25.00 per hour plus the cost of materials. Please understand that Lowe's hardware store is 45 minutes away and that I try to divide the cost for travel by doing more than one job at a time or by going to the hardware store while I'm doing other business in Boone.

I buy these products from Lowe's in Boone because of their return policies, warranty and the cost saving compared to the local distributors.

Disposal is also included in these estimates.
