VIII
AMENDMENTS
These By-Laws may be amended by the affirmative vote of a majority of the voting members; provided, however, that any such amendment shall not become operative until set forth in amended declaration and duly recorded. All unit owners shall be bound to abide by any amendment upon the same being passed and duly set forth in an amended declaration, duly recorded.
